The Logo
GNP Landmarks is a real estate brand founded by three partners: Gaikwad, Nemade, and Patil. The logo for the company was designed to reflect the names of the three founders, with the letters G, N, and P.
The design of the logo is contemporary and modern, with the letters G and N being created using the perspective technique. The letter P is also unique in that it is only partially visible, with only the bottom half of the letter being visible. The colour orange is used to highlight the letter P, which adds a pop of colour to the overall design.
The orange colour used in the GNP Landmarks logo is a bold and vibrant choice that adds a sense of energy and excitement to the overall design. In addition to its cheerful and upbeat connotations, orange is also a colour that is associated with reliability and trustworthiness. The logo for GNP Landmarks reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence and their focus on creating a strong brand that is recognised and respected in the real estate industry. The contemporary design and the use of color in the logo help to set GNP Landmarks apart from their competitors and make them stand out in the crowded real estate market.

Mr. PRAMOD NEMADE
Pramod Nemade has been a driving force in the execution of luxury and premium residential and commercial projects since the last 3 decades. He is actively involved in various aspects of the construction business, such as product development, material procurement, project management, and IT interior fit-outs. He has led strategic business development and brand alliances at Kolte Patil to procure world-class materials and services from Germany, the United States, Singapore, China, Spain, Italy, Malaysia, Israel, Turkey, and Dubai.
Mr. VASANT GAIKWAD
Vasant Gaikwad, a qualified CA, joined Kolte Patil developers after a four-year tenure at Gera. As a CFO for Kolte Patil Developers Ltd for over 24 years, he successfully worked on multiple portfolios, including fundraising, IPO drive, land procurement, legal compliance, and corporate finance. He also oversaw the company's growth, legalities, and financial complexities at each stage. At GNP he leads the Finance function brining in his immense clarity of thought in matters of importance.
MS. TORNA PATIL, LEED® Green Associate TM
With a Masters in Civil Engineering and a specialization in Structural Engineering from the USA, Torna brings a unique perspective to the table with a vast understanding of recent trends and technology in the construction industry. She has diverse experience working with luxury projects worth multiple million dollars in the USA and has managed several key responsibilities as a Structural Engineer in Washington D.C., USA. Using her exceptional abilities as a diligent engineer with comprehensive ideas, Torna has amassed a wealth of experience working at highly reputed real estate firms in Pune like Runwal Group, ANP Corp, etc. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her continuous pursuit of learning and staying abreast with the latest advancements, in order to provide GNP Landmark customers with stellar service and unrivalled innovation.
